This project involves the private development of a 45,420 SF warehouse in the heart of Wynwood Miami. With the site being in a warehouse zone within the city, our proposed building transformation brings back notions of the “arcade” used here as a means to encourage urban re-activation by repurposing the building’s central corridor as a pedestrian retail funnel and creating an exterior storefront facade at its south and north sides.

Together with a full clean up and transformation of the existing facade into a jewel piece for the neighborhood, the building is meant to achieve its full potential as a draw of urban activity inside and outside, becoming a sort of landmark within a now evolving industrial neighborhood.
